Any Sub-Contractors used by Lin.Brook Associates will be made aware of their obligations to respect Health & Safety at all times.
Lin.Brook Associates has a duty of care to safeguard the lives and livelihoods of all individuals whether they be staff, the general public or all workers in and around all working environments.
Conversely all Lin.Brook staff have a duty to look after their own welfare and safety and to respect and safeguard all others around them.
